Groovy Movies is the solo project of Nick Carlisi and he goes straight back to
1966 when folks rarely bathed but hey, we loved 'em anyway. Their (his) tune,
'Chasing The Sun' has got a real nice mid-tempo groove to it and a little soot
added to the guitars. The 1910 Chainsaw Company is the work of one Rob "Chainsaw"
Perry, (he plays live with the Groovy Movies when they gig out and vice versa,
too) and this tune, 'Good Friend,' has a happier, more jovial bounce to it and
is pure sunshine pop that The Cowsills or The Free Design would've been proud
to call their own.
